How is heptafluoropropane tested for filling?

1、 Cleaning of heptafluoropropane steel cylinders
Before filling, personnel should first fix the steel cylinder and place it in the flipper for high-temperature steam cleaning, drying, and clean the inside of the bottle group without any foreign objects or impurities. The appearance of the bottle group should not be significantly damaged, and there should be no quality issues that affect the filling of the reagent, to ensure that the filling inlet is smooth and free from blockage.
2、 Assembly of cylinder valves for heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system
1. Connect the siphon pipe to the container valve, and the threaded connection should be free from slipping. The siphon pipe connection should be firm and free from looseness.
2. According to production requirements, replace the corresponding container valve cylinder clamp structure and steel cylinder clamp structure.
3、 Gas tightness test for heptafluoropropane steel cylinders
Connect the air inlet of the assembled bottle group with the air source and fix it for testing.
4、 Vacuum displacement of heptafluoropropane bottle group
1. Connect the air inlet of the bottle group that has completed the sealing test with the vacuum testing device, and start the vacuum pump;
2. Fill the vacuum filled bottle group with an appropriate amount of pure nitrogen gas.

5、 Filling of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent
1. After passing the bottle group inspection, move the fire extinguishing agent bottle group one by one to the waiting area for filling;
2. Set the alarm value on the electronic platform scale according to the weight of the medicine to be filled, and then place the empty bottle to be filled;
3. After the heptafluoropropane agent reaches the required weight (alarm), close the filling valve;
4. Observe the temperature gauge and filling curve of the filling site, and set the filling pressure according to the pressure corresponding to the ambient temperature value;
6、 Sealing test of heptafluoropropane bottle group
1. Immerse the bottle group in water for 5 minutes and observe the leakage of the bottle group;
2. During the experiment, the bottle group should have no bubbles or leaks. After the sealing is qualified, the bottle group should be lifted out, protective caps should be put on, and stored in the designated area.
